Configure mail for MS Outlook:
Configure mail for Outlook Microsoft 365:
1. Open the Outlook Microsoft 365 program.
2. If you have another account, go to "File" -> "Add Account". Otherwise, you will be taken to the next step
3. Enter the name in the "Email Address" field (name.surname@udelphi.com), choice "Advanced options" and mark "V" in the box in the "Let me set up my account manually" field, then click "Connect".
4. Then select the "Exchange" icon.
5. Then select "More choices".
6. After that, select the "Use a different account" field and Enter your credentials for the domain LAN.AD in the "User name" and "Password" fields, then click "OK".
7. Select the position for "Download email for the past" and click "Next".
8. To complete, uncheck the box next to "Set up Outlook Mobile on my phone too," if it's necessary, and click "Done".
Configure mail on Android devices:
2. Launch Outlook app and press "Get started":
3. Enter your email adress, click "Continue":
4. On the next screen click button with question symbol
5. Select "Change account provider"
6. Select "Exchange"
7. Fill data fields with your domain account and password, set mail.udephi.com as mail server address
8. Press "Skip" to finish or "Continue" to add another account
9. Setup is finished
Configure mail on iOS devices
1. Tap "Settings"
2. Scroll down and tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars
3. Tap "Add Account"
4. Select "Exchange"
5. Enter your email address, password, mail description and tap Next
6. Enter "mail.udelphi.com" into the Server field, "lan" into Domail field and your credentials (without "lan\" ). Tap Next
7. Tap "Save"
Configure MS Office 201X for Mac
1. Launch program "Microsoft Outlook"
2. After first launch add new account (as show in 1) than choose "Exchange" (as show in 2)
3. Enter your credentials in appropriate fields and Click "Add Account"
