Delphi Manual's: How to Secure Erase your drive on Windows

1. Ensure that Bitlocker encryption is enabled
2. Run "Reset this PC" procedure from Settings
3. Select options "Remove everything", "Local reinstall", "Clean data", "Delete from all drives"
4. Proceed with OS install
5. Reenable Bitlocker again
6. Select option "Encrypt entry drive".
7. Wait till encryption will be completed
8. Check encryption status.
9. Thats all
