Delphi Manual's: How to unlock Bitlocker encrypted volume

You may ask IT Helphesk for Recovery Key, or get it by himself using selfservice potral.

 Using Self  Service portal

1.    Locate the Recovery Key ID from the Bitlocker Recovery window



2.    Go to selfservice portal https://bitlocker.lan.ad/selfservice (inside LAN or with VPN)
3.    Enter first 8 symbols of Recovery Key ID


4.    Enter recovery key to recovery screen
